If you choose to pay for membership to the site at a certain level, you are guaranteed to have access to the material listed in the pay section for that allotted amount of time. LaylaBBW is not responsible for any connectivity issues on your end that prevent you from gaining proper access.

LaylaBBW is not responsible for any technical advice that my be offered for the site to work properly on your end. For technical, billing, and customer support please open a support ticket.

Harassment of the models or site administrators, including but not limited to: excessive emails, harsh or improper speech, seeking to find out model's personal contact information, or excessive requests for material that has never been offered; will result in a member being banned from the site, and if he or she is a paying member, they will not receive a refund.

Payments are refundable only if the charge was fraudulent, meaning if someone else was in possession of the card or account for sign up.  Any billing questions should be sent in a timely manner.

All payments are recurring bills, billed on a monthly basis. If a member wishes to cancel a recurring billing, this must be done at least 72 hrs prior to the charge date or the member will be charged for another month.

Hackers and copyright violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

To access LaylaBBW you must be over 18 or 21 in some states and meet all local and state requirements for your area to access adult content. Should a minor gain access to the site without our knowledge we may assume no responsibility.

Any member's interest in this material is personal, and not professional. Members may not access the site in the context of their work for any law enforcement agency. Members may not access this material to use against the site operator or any person associated with the site in any conceivable manner.

This server contains no obscene material whatsoever, for obscene material look elsewhere.

This is a private site and thus is regulated by the owner. Changes in the site and this user agreement are at the discretion of LaylaBBW and may be made at anytime. Use of the site is restricted to individual personal usage.

Illegal Content and Abuse Reporting:   We do not allow any non-consensual content or content that violates the acceptable rules and regulations defined by the credit card association. Any items, such as revenge porn, sexual image-based abuse, non-consensual pornography, or uploaded content without the permission of the participant(s) are strictly prohibited.  If you are the victim or have first-hand knowledge of illegal content, we encourage you to notify us immediately by emailing or calling our customer service center in order to initiate a content review process and take other necessary actions. Reporting users or content this way is completely confidential.
